Podere Ferrando is a very old former farmhouse, very carefully restored and converted into a vacation villa split into three parts, offering every modern comfort imaginable. Original architectural details such as chestnut beam ceilings and terracotta floors give the house its rustic Tuscan charm. The decoration and furnishings were chosen by an interior designer. Warm colours harmonise with attractive furniture to create a very cosy atmosphere. Arancione:
GROUND FLOOR: Entrance into an attractively decorated, cosy living room with sofas and satellite TV. From there you can enter an open dining room with table and chairs for 8 people and a well-equipped kitchen with a door onto a terrace with garden furniture. A staircase in the living room takes you up to the
1st FLOOR: First of all you reach a room with a fireplace. Separated from this area by a maximum of 3 steps are a twin bedroom with en-suite (bathtub/WC), a double bedroom with en-suite (shower/WC) and two double bedrooms, which share a bathroom (shower/WC).
Giallo:
GROUND FLOOR: Entrance into a well-equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs for 10 people. From the kitchen there is access to a large terrace with garden furniture and a splendid view of the landscape. Access from the kitchen via a vestibule to an attractively furnished long living room with sofas, satellite TV and a door onto the terrace just described. Wide windows offer a panoramic view. A bathroom (bathtub/WC) and a double bedroom (bed with canopy) are just off the living room. Via a hallway you can reach a double bedroom (wall safe, bed with canopy, door into the garden), a bathroom (bathtub/WC) and a twin bedroom with en-suite (shower cabinet/WC).
In several places, a maximum of 4 steps separates the different levels. The flats Giallo and Blu can be used in combination.
Blu:
