Il Paiolo is situated in one of the heartlands of Tuscany, Chianti Classico. The next town (Greve) is just 3 km away. The typical, natural stone vacation rental is in the secluded neighbourhood of a few houses and is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The owner had a great deal of building work done to the former farmhouse to convert it into a country villa with Tuscan charm. The holiday home is tastefully furnished. Terracotta flooring and original oak beam ceilings.
1st FLOOR (the house is built onto a slope): entrance via an attractive, typically Tuscan external staircase into a living room with double sofa bed, fireplace and satellite TV. Three steps downwards on the left, there is access to the kitchen and on the right is the dining room. There are also two double bedrooms, one with en-suite (shower cabinet/WC) and a small bathroom (shower/WC). From the dining room a steep wooden staircase leads to the TOWER FLOOR: Here there is a double bedroom (bed can be separated); this bedroom is not suitable for elderly guests. GROUND FLOOR: It is divided into a small, external room with a washing machine, a small bathroom (bathtub/WC) and a room that remains closed. The owner uses other rooms for the production of wine.
