This Tuscany villa, which dates back to 1665, is situated near San Stefano di Moriano in the foothills of the Apuan Alps and near the river Serchio. Bel Sguardo is surrounded by pine forests, acacias, oaks and olive trees. This place offers you complete peace and privacy. At the same time because of its central location it is ideal for visiting Lucca, Pisa and Florence as well as for discovering the extremely attractive surroundings. The sea can easily be reached (just 25 km approx). In the warm months you can cool down in the swimming pool, from which you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view.
Bel Sguardo has been lovingly restored and converted into an attractive Tuscan villa, with all the usual appliances. The furnishings and fittings are well-maintained. On the ground floor: terracotta flooring; first floor wooden flooring, wooden beam ceilings and a few wooden paneled walls. The very obliging and discreet owners live in a house nearby. Should you desire, they are happy to give recommendation for visiting the surroundings.
