Lucrezia is a former farmhouse located centrally in the Chianti Classico area. There are climbing roses on the façade and it is surrounded by a beautiful wild garden, in which olive trees and rosemary bushes thrive. From the garden you can enjoy amazing, typically Tuscan views of softly undulating hills, where vines for prized wines grow. There is a private pool in which you can take a refreshing dip.
This Tuscan vacation villa has been carefully restored. It has the usual modern conveniences. High-quality, tasteful furnishings, including some antiques. With its kilim rugs and terracotta floors, Lucrezia has an exquisitely warm, cosy atmosphere. Pastel coloured walls and wooden beams.
The nice owner lives with her two adult children in a small outbuilding 30 m away. She has the utmost respect for your privacy but is also happy, should you wish, to give you recommendations for your exploration of the area.
GROUND FLOOR: Entrance into a vestibule with staircase into the 1st floor. Just off the vestibule is a quaint, rustic kitchen with a large Tuscan fireplace and, through an archway, a dining room with access to the garden. From there you can enter a small twin bedroom, also with a door to the garden, as well as a large, very cosy living room, which has a fireplace, sofas and satellite TV. In a niche there is a small desk. Two steps upwards of the living room there is a library with attractive bookshelves, an antique desk and piano as well as a door to outside. 1st FLOOR: Here there is a small WC, a large twin bedroom with large en-suite (shower cabinet/WC), a through-room with a single sofa bed and a double bedroom with large en-suite (bathtub/WC)
