Malvasia, a Tuscan villa built in natural stone, is situated in the Chianti Classico area, one of Tuscany’s heartlands along with some other houses. The large property allows plenty of privacy, peace and relaxation. There is plenty of room for children to play on the extensive lawn. In the warm months you can take a refreshing dip in the well-kept swimming pool. The former farmhouse has, after a great deal of building work, been converted into a country home with all the usual modern conveniences. The vacation villa is tastefully furnished. Fireplaces and original oak beam ceilings ooze typical Tuscan flair.
GROUND FLOOR: Entrance into a bright, spacious living room with fireplace, cosy sofas, satellite TV, telephone and door out onto a sheltered outdoor seating area (loggia) with garden furniture. From the living room there is access to the very large kitchen (with Tuscan fireplace, dining table for 10, radio/CD-player and access to the garden), a twin bedroom, a double bedroom (both bedrooms with door to the garden) and a small bathroom (shower cabinet/WC)
1st FLOOR: Here there are two double bedrooms, each en-suite (one with bathtub/WC and one with shower/WC)
