Il Leccio is in the heart of Chianti Classico in a quiet and secluded setting. This Tuscan villa is suitable particularly for those who want their peace and quiet in a home with many modern comforts. In the large area outside there is plenty of room for children to play. When it’s warm, you can cool down in the large, well-kept swimming pool.
The famous vineyards of the area invite you to try their wine, one example being the Castello di Lucignano (Il Solissimo). Almost every vineyard is on a property with its own illustrious history. When you are in Florence you can visit the highly interesting museum of Salvatore Ferragamo, legendary shoe-maker to countless Hollywood stars such as Marlene Dietrich or Greta Garbo (Museo Ferragamo, Palazzo Spini Feroni, Via dei Tornabuoni 2). In San Gimignano you can have a fine meal in the Osteria del Carcere in Via del Castello 13.
