Just 33 km south of Florence, this beautiful Tuscany villa from the 14th century has everything that can make holidaymakers enthusiastic - the comfort of the most modern conveniences and the authentic atmosphere of a carefully restored, very old house constructed in the typical style of the Chianti Classico area. The tower floor was originally constructed for the purpose of defence. The view from the property goes far beyond the softly undulating hills, which are covered with vineyards and olive groves. The nearest village with shops and good restaurants is just 2 km away.

Tuscan vacation villa Canaiolo is tastefully decorated and pleasantly furnished with a mixture of antique and modern furniture. Original terracotta flooring and chestnut beam ceilings give the rooms real Tuscan flair. Just next to the main house there is a small annexe with a large dining table for 16 people. Seminars and courses can be held there. Another barn to sleep three is just 20 m away. The large garden is perfect for long meals al fresco. The garden has lavender and rosemary bushes and other typical Mediterranean plants.


Main house:
GROUND FLOOR: Entrance to a kitchen with a fireplace. From the kitchen there is access to a room with a washing machine and a bright, spacious dining room with table and chairs as well as a door into the garden. From the dining room there is an open archway into the living room with fireplace and double sofa bed. From the living room there is access to a large, attractively fitted-out bathroom (bathtub/shower/WC), in which there is an antique bathtub with brass fixtures, as well as to a large double bedroom.

1st FLOOR (access only via an external staircase): Entrance into a lounge with fireplace and leather armchairs and open access to a large kitchen. From the lounge you can gain access to two double bedrooms, each en-suite (one with bathtub/WC and one with shower/WC), a double bedroom and a double bedroom with en-suite (shower/WC).
