Villa Bel Mondo is only around 10 km away from Lago Trasimeno. It is surrounded by a large expanse of grass and trees and ideal for visitors who like to be left undisturbed to relax in quiet surroundings. In the warm months you can take a refreshing dip in the well-kept swimming pool. Villa Bel Mondo is in front of the gates of the small town Città della Pieve, which is worth visiting. Naturally there are many other places waiting to be discovered in eventful daytrips. Gubbio, Perugia, Orvieto and, nearby in Tuscany, Montepulciano, Cortona and Arezzo are just a few. Florence and the Maremma with its coastline can also be visited in a day.

At a distance of around 100 m the owners have another vacation rental: Villa Tre Colombe. There is no fence or wall between the two properties, just an expanse of grass. There is another small building, also about 100 m away, which is the caretaker’s home; the laundry room, which is for the use of both holiday homes, is also there.
