Tuscany villa La Parraia is situated in peaceful seclusion around 7 km outside the small spa San Casciano dei Bagni. The estate, which is over 1 ha. in size, lies on gentle slopes with the occasional tree and there is a superb all round view of the surrounding hills, on which fields, olive groves and forests can be seen.
The vacation villa is especially suited to a family or group of friends who would like their peace and quiet in a spacious, characterful property and the usual modern appliances. You can relax here, sitting in a deck chair, reading a good book, just lettings your thoughts drift. Afterwards you can take a dip in the well-kept swimming pool. For children there is plenty of room to play in the big garden (large lawn).
This Tuscan villa is a good base for eventful day trips to discover southern Tuscany with its many interesting places: apart from the nearby San Casciano dei Bagni - founded by the Etruscans - you can visit Montepulciano, Pienza and Siena. Lago Trasimeno, Florence and the Maremma Sea can also easily be reached. I am very certain that for many years afterwards you will have pleasant memories of your Tuscan holiday in Villa La Parraia.
