Villa Eucalyptus is a vacation villa of modern construction with a private pool and sea view, located in a secluded area in the middle of a national park in the south east of the island. The house is surrounded by stone pines and also maquis, typical of Elba. From the terrace, you can experience the impressive sight of the sun going down over the sea. The next beach is 2.2 km away. The villa is furnished in a modern style and has all the usual modern conveniences. A golf buggy is available for your use free of charge.
The holiday home is on a 450 ha area of property, a plateau (ca. 218 m above sea level) on which olives and vines are grown. Forest and Mediterranean maquis cover most of the area. Twenty holiday homes in total are dotted here and there over the grounds. Only those staying in the property have access to the private beaches situated in small bays. During high season, small buses take you to the beaches. The centre of the property is around 1.2 km away from Villa Eucalyptus. There you can find a restaurant, a grocery store, a swimming pool, a beach volleyball ground and three tennis courts. There are organized activities and it is possible to go riding. Diving courses and guided walks are offered. From the picturesque village Capoliveri, the property can be reached via a 9.6 km long mud road.
GROUND FLOOR: Entrance into a vestibule. From there you can enter the large living/dining room with its panorama window with sea view, fireplace, satellite TV and radio/CD-system. It has doors to two terraces and into the kitchen, which is also accessible from outside. From the living/dining room, you can enter the sleeping area with two double bedrooms (one of which is en-suite and has a door to a terrace), three twin bedrooms (of which two are en-suite and have a door to a terrace; one twin room has raised beds) and a bathroom. All bathrooms with shower cabinet/WC. Outside room with washing machine.
