Villa Tre Colombe is just ca. 10 km away from Lago Trasimeno. It is surrounded by a large area of grass and ideal for visitors who wish to be left alone to relax in the quiet surroundings. In the warm months you can take a refreshing dip in the well-kept swimming pool. This Umbrian villa is situated in front of the gates of the small town Città della Pieve, which is worth a visit. Naturally there are also many other towns waiting to be discovered in eventful day trips. Gubbio, Perugia, Orvieto and also Montepulciano, Cortona and Arezzo in nearby Tuscany are just a few. Florence and the Maremma with its coastline can also be visited in a day.
The holiday home has been carefully restored. The rooms have the usual modern conveniences and are tastefully furnished.
At a distance of around 100 m the owners have another vacation rental: Villa Bel Mondo. There is no fence or wall between the two properties, just an expanse of grass. There is another small building, also about 100 m away, in which the caretaker lives; the laundry room, which is for the use of both holiday homes, is also there.
