This grand Umbrian villa and its small outbuildings, which were constructed in the 19th century, can sleep 17+3 people. It is situated on the border between Tuscany and Umbria in the midst of fields and olive groves. The property is very well kept and could be an unforgettable setting for the holiday of a large group of visitors. Il Perugino is also an ideal base for interesting day trips to Orvieto, Perugia, Gubbio and Lago Trasimeno, which is just 10 km away. Cortona, Montepulciano, Arezzo and Siena are within easy reach. Florence and the Maremma with its coastline can also be visited in a day. In the warm months you can take a refreshing dip in the well-kept swimming pool. In the evenings you can enjoy a barbecue accompanied by a nice bottle of wine.
A lot of care has been taken to restore Il Perugino while mostly retaining such architectural details as oak beam ceilings and terracotta floors. The holiday home has been split into 4 apartments. Three of these can be connected. There are large common rooms.
