The last kilometer of mud road up to this Tuscany villa may have a lot of potholes but it is worth it anyway: standing next to this holiday home you can see the Lake Trasimeno stretching out along the horizon. You will recognize Castiglione del Lago directly to the right of the lake and Cortona to the left. It is fascinating! Villa Bellavista was built in the 17th century using natural stone. It is in a secluded area surrounded by meadows and oak forest. The attractive Sarteano, one of the main settlements of the Etruscans in southern Tuscany, is around 3 km away. This Tuscan villa is particularly suited to guests who wish to be left undisturbed and like a spacious home with the usual modern appliances. There is plenty room for children to play here. In the warm months you can take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool, which is illuminated at night. Bagno Vignoni, Pienza and Montepulciano are nearby. Lago Trasimeno, Cortona and Siena are also tempting destinations for eventful day trips. Florence and the Maremma Sea can also easily be reached.
